Cancellations and Rescheduling

To ensure a fair and efficient practice for all clients, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients on our waiting list.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will be charged. This is in the event that you are not able to reschedule the appointment. 

• Rescheduling an appointment: If you wish to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling is not possible within the same week or as an additional session, the cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Fees

If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or if we are unable to reschedule within the same week or provide an alternative session, the cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will apply. This fee is charged due to the limited availability of appointment slots and the preparation time required by the therapist.
